my goal is to lose my tummy,gain more in my butt LOL but mainly to set good habits for my kids.
Goal (Long):
well I have gained 10 lbs since my hubby got back so need to lose that know to. my goal is about 125-130. I am about 147 lbs now.I have always had an okay body. I would love to have a great body. my main goal is to get healthy for my daughter and the other kids that we are going to have. I want to be strong yet look soft and womenly. Learning to eat right is something I have been having a hard time with but it is getting better. body wise my goals are to lose the tummy and gain some more butt. I am open to any help people would like to give me. I am really short on time so if anyone has a good workout to do in little time let me know.

I don't mind you asking at all! I eat small frequent meals, and never skip breakfast (it's the most important meal of the day, it gets your metabolism started). For workouts I consider it to be high intensity and low reps (I do what my fiance does only with lighter weights :). We switch up how we lift so it doesn't get boring. Please, if you have any more questions or need more detail just let me know!
It's actually just from a lot of running and dance - besides that, some lunges and squats. I always hear that running makes your butt flat, but I don't find that - or maybe all the dancing I do counteracts it.
