Have u ever...Only been working out,counting calories,writting down calories burned for two weeks....to feel like your jeans already feel looser around the waist,you already feel like you look better,feel better...then its time for weigh in,and you find u have only lost 5 lbs.U...

I'm taking Creatine and yes it makes a difference. It helps your muscles hold more water and limits muscle loss while on a diet. Just make sure your protein intake is at least 1g per pound of lean body mass.
