I really like my workouts. I think I can miss walking, but not a workout. Actually I like the challenge of both.I can do without dogs and kamikaze car drivers though. :)

I'll get to 19 one of these days. I'm holding steady around 20 right now, not by design. I get temporary set backs every now and then from this liver syndrome I have. I changed my workouts to high rep, low resistance. I'm in functional fitness mode now full swing.

She'll be taking a lot of pictures during the process, I'll have to get some and put them up on my bodyspace. I'm pretty excited about it. First session is tomorrow.

We all fall off track from time to time. A local sculptor is using me to pose for a statue she's making of Bill Mazeroski to go by PNC Park in Pittsburgh. I'm pretty excited about that. I have to really watch my weight now over the holidays, we can't have a fat Maz. :)

Back in black, alright. You've been making very good progress since the beginning of the year. The mid section is catching up to the great job you did on your upper body and legs. Keep up the good work.

I'm doing good. I'll be gaining a few winter pounds now so I'll have to be tougher on what, and how much, I eat. Photo shoots are fun, You look relaxed in them so I'm sure you were having fun.

Thanks for the advice. I am trying to keep my goals realistic. I'll be doing as you say and shoot for a minute at a time. I'm starting the 1 lb. dumbbells on Friday. Even there I'm taking the wiser approach. I may actually be getting smarter as I get older. :)

Thanks for taking the time to look. The amazing thing about my site is the steel mill pictures are the biggest draw. Fallingwater is second. I'm going to enlarge that gallery and see what happens.

I'm doing power walking ala Steeve Reeves. Right now I'm doing a mile, in a little over 21 min. When I get to 20 min. I'll start to add some weight. Combined with my resistance workouts I'm doing pretty good.
