One of the first shots taken before my first bodybuilding competition. My goal from was to add more thickness to my frame, carving deeper striations in my delts/biceps. I also wanted my obliques to be more clearly defined

I think looking back at this photo now, I was focusing too much on dieting and cardio than spending time in the gym lifting.

What a difference a year can make. My delts and biceps had thickened out from training at a higher intensity and varying factors such as weight, tempo, rest times, exercise.

Just to show how a few days can effect and transform your conditioning. This was close to the best shape I have even been in.
