Side Chest - 170 Lbs Most Muscular - 174 Lbs
One of the first shots taken before my first bodybuilding competition. My goal from was to add more thickness to my frame, carving deeper striations in my delts/biceps. I also wanted my obliques to be more clearly defined
Taken at the PDI Night of Champions in Hackney, (UK) the night after placing 4th at the NPA British Finals in the middleweight division

I think looking back at this photo now, I was focusing too much on dieting and cardio than spending time in the gym lifting.

What a difference a year can make. My delts and biceps had thickened out from training at a higher intensity and varying factors such as weight, tempo, rest times, exercise.
