Contest History
Organization: INBF
Contest: BNBF British Finals, Novice
Date: Oct 28, 2006
Location: United Kingdom (Great Britain)
Level: Amateur
Type: Men's Bodybuilding
Bodyweight: 175 lb (79.5 kg)
Place: 4
Comments: What a great experience to compete at the British finals. My second competition, and already I was competing against some of the top novice competitors in the country. I had tried to gain a little more muscle than from my first show, and in doing so had sacrificed some of my condition, which may have led to me placing higher than 4th had I have not done so.
Organization: INBF
Contest: BNBF Central Qualifier, Middleweight
Date: Jul 01, 2006
Location: United Kingdom (Great Britain)
Level: Amateur
Type: Men's Bodybuilding
Bodyweight: 173 lb (78.6 kg)
Place: 1
Comments: 1 year on from my debut contest at the same location in the novice category, which I also won. My muscle thickness and conditioning had much improved, and after months of practicing my posing prior to the competition I was able to show my physique at it's best

Location: United Kingdom (Great Britain)
Level: Amateur
Type: Other
Bodyweight: 176 lb (80.0 kg)
Place: 2
Comments: My first fitness model competition, which I only found out about 1 week after coming back from a 2-week vacation in Spain (where I had been out every night, and let's just say, not fully committing to my training program). I trained my ass off for the next week, and manipulated everything as if I was doing a bodybuilding show, and on competition day wasn't actually looking too bad.

Level: Amateur
Type: Men's Bodybuilding
Bodyweight: 170 lb (77.3 kg)
Place: 1
Comments: My first bodybuilding show. I had 8 weeks to diet, and didn't really know to much about what was required. I relied a lot on other people's advice and help, learning myself as I went along. My competition was tough, and as novice had no weight/height limit, I was up against people much older and bigger than me. I was one of the youngest at the whole competition at 21, and just narrowly missed out on being able to compete as a Junior
