My body is really hard because I do a lot of power training.
Monday: 5 sets of heavy calf training.
5 super sets of chest and back of 4 to 6 reps.
Tuesday: 5 sets of Quads and then 3 sets of hamstrings.
All sets of 4 to 6 reps.
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 4 heavy sets of delts followed by 4 heavy super
sets of tri's and bi's.
Friday: 5 sets of Quads and then 3 sets of hamstrings.
All sets of 4 to 6 reps.
Abdominals
Weekend: Rest
In winter I start with 20 minutes of cardio as a
warm up followed by a couple minutes of
stretching.
All exercises are done with strick form.
I keep rest to a minimum wich gives me great
endurance.
Train fast but with caution and concentrated in the
form and my safety.

One day at a time
Posted in Status : Nov 17, 2011 11:57pmWhat I'm about to write is something most of us feel proud and exited about. It gives us hope and great pleassure in the acomplishment of our goals and the testing of our limits.
If I post this in facebook or other social network as well as comment about this at work or with friends everyone would look at me like a freak!!!
Screw them. I'll write for someone who cares. And that is YOU.
The moral of this story is that REST is not good. Is VERY VERY GOOD.
RESPECT YOUR BODY AND YOU'LL GET THE REWARDS.
