I stay motivated by setting myself goals and just the simple enjoyment of seeing my body transform into something great and how great i feel when my diet and fitness regime are spot on ! ive started modeling and im in the portfolio building stage so i simply must stay in the best shape i can for shoots to come ! Im a massive fan of outdoor persuats , extreme sports and living my life to the full , keeping fit and strong helps me to enjoy life and the things i love to the max !

I didn't shoot with the Lakers (I wish) just their trainer for a workout segment in Volleyball magazine. It was fun! Hope you are doing well.
