Started working out with my Father as a teen. Just starting to lift again regularly while deployed.
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel better about myself, my appearance and my attitude. I like the way I feel after a good heavy workout or a good cardio session. I actually like running, just don't have the room to run outside at my current location so I have to use the ol' DreadMill!
How I Stay Motivated:
The military has always been good motivation for me. My family, friends and loved ones around the world.
BB Accomplishments:
Gone from REALLY fat to fit. Would still like to get my BF% down to the single digits.

Me when not at my best!
193lbs/20.5 BF%
I still have a lot of work to do to get my BF% down to where I want it. I'm moving in the right direction though; I'm down 4% since the begining of this deployment.
Drop bodyfat down to single digits, would love to have 9% or less. Increase and maintain muscular size and definition. Would like to have 20 inch arms; be able to break 350 lbs on bench press-correctly.
Thanks! Things are great here. I have a little less than 5 months to go. It's a fun job, and I get to help keep soldiers safe from IED's.
How do you like Afganistan? I haven't been there yet, but heard it's a good place to go. One of my friend is a contractor there right now.
Stay safe and keep in touch! Can't wait to see more progress pics, you're doing great! :)

Looks like you're back on track again. Getting enough sleep is important to hitting one's fitness goals and frequently one of the hardest things to achieve. :(
