How I Started:
Started working out with my Father as a teen. Just starting to lift again after a long lay-off from the gym. When I got back from my deployment I got a whole lot lazy for a few months. Now I have to make up for that!
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel better about myself, my appearance and my attitude. I like the way I feel after a good heavy workout or a good cardio session.
How I Stay Motivated:
OH they know who they are!
BB Accomplishments:
Gone from REALLY fat to fit. Would still like to get my BF% down to the single digits.

193lbs/20.5 BF% I still have a lot of work to do to get my BF% down to where I want it. I'm moving in the right direction though; I'm down 4% since the begining of this deployment.

You can do it!!! Just remember it takes 30 days to form a habit...so put your mind to it and give a workout schedule 30 days then you won't want to stop! That is what I did...and well If I get off of my schedule now...it is a bad day... :)

Thanks! Things are great here. I have a little less than 5 months to go. It's a fun job, and I get to help keep soldiers safe from IED's. How do you like Afganistan? I haven't been there yet, but heard it's a good place to go. One of my friend is a contractor there right now. Stay safe and keep in touch!
