Freedom High Attended 1992 to 1994 Morganton, North Carolina United States
When I Started:
Oct, 1994
How I Started:
Joined the military and loved the culture of fitness environment.
Why I Love It:
Life is all about setting and achieving goals and bodybuilding is just the same. I love when I look at a loaded squat bar, straight bar, curl bar, or dumbbell that I know isn't going to be easy to move but I lock end anyway and focus on that lift and when I look in the mirror as I watch my body work as one unit and handle the weight like a true animal!
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking of my two daughters who I love more then life itself & know that I have to maintain my health so I can be here for them!
BB Accomplishments:
Transforming a skin physique into a well lean and total symmetric physique!
I have been in sports my whole life so keeping in shape was second nature to me. I was bless with good genes so I never had to watch what I eat when I was younger but the issue I had back then was gaining mass. It wasn’t until I joined the Navy back in 1994 that I really started to learn about bodybuilding and how to eat for gain. It wasn’t until I started playing semi pro football in Virginia Beach, VA when my strengthen and conditioning coach introduced the concept of total body symmetry regardless of what sport you are training for. I’m currently 233lbs and I’m prepping for an upcoming military bodybuilding show next March in Bahrain so I plan on showing at about 210 to 215 range. I plan on coming in looking very tight and lean, while bring out the sweep in my quads. My overall goal: is to continue in the sport of bodybuilding while continually improving my overall physique and maybe some fitness modeling in the future.
