I started in 1985 with a lot of push ups, dips without weight, and chin ups. Then I started with free weights in my own room in 1989 when I brought a complete weight set. I started going to the gym in 1995.
Why I Love It:
I love to stay in great shape, continually improving my muscularity, definition & strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
competing in bodybuilding contests

2007 NABBA Mr. Eastern Seaboard, 2nd place Masters (ages 40-49) & 2nd place tall open.

Hey Robert thanks for the add, looking ripped. Yeah I was just trying to figure out the best time to take my mutli-vitamin. I was guessing it nwould be with my first post meal after my workout. Seems it would be the optumim time for the body to utilize it. - Thanks again man
I never compete in a bodybuilding competition I not plain of compete probably never, but I plain to do power lifting competition hopefully before this year is out. Look like you doing in the competition now keep be up
I am well, thanks. Glad U R too. Good luck with the contest prep. My training subsided for a while since I relocated, but I'm joining a new gym this week now that I'm more settled in. Thanks for the pic compliments; I'll post some more sometime next month. Funny you asked about my next show; I've never competed before! lol That's a goal I'm working towards though--later this year or early 2009.
