Even though you do not look like you have all that much to lose I suggest you look at the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 & I lost 50 lb’s going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12-weeks with the BFL program. It isn’t super easy nor so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. By committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort. Feel free to give either of us a yell.
