What leg workout has worked best for you?
Because my legs are more developed and larger than my upper body, I work my legs with lots of supersets and minimal rest and also plyos.

Things are happening just as I wanted them to so far.  I am consistently loosing 1 pound per week which is perfect.  My upper body is doing well as far as hanging on to some size, definately bigger than last season which was my goal.  Hopefully when I get down to contest weight I will still...
