How I Started:
I had a gym membership for two years but I had never been consistent with working out.
I needed something to motivate me but it was never there... ever since I started doing manual labor work a few months ago, my body started to tone up a little and that just gave me a kick in the ass to start hitting up the gym again. I'm far from where I want to be, but so far, I've been noticing good results.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a rush.
I love pushing myself to failure and feeling the pump right after my workout. It boosts my self-esteem and gives me strength for sports and the activities I enjoy doing.
How I Stay Motivated:
By changing my routine up a lot.
I also like experimenting with different supplements and it's definitely a big help when you have a good product to give you that extra edge.
BB Accomplishments:
I can't really say that I keep a journal on specific details but I notice strength gains almost every time I work out and that keeps me feeling pretty motivated.
I'm tired of being just average. I'm not fat by any means... but I'm not skinny either. I look fine I guess... for an average person. I want to go beyond that and make everyone notice how ripped I am. I am not interested in bulking up. I want to build lean muscle and have great definition. So far, so good though. I'm starting to fill out and I still have the rest of my life to achieve my goal. That is to be as ripped as possible.

Already with the lean tightly muscled athletic body. Good work on the back, traps, delts arms and chest. Maybe just a bit more thickness to upper chest/pecs and on the abs. With that goal you will have that lean physique you want. Andre
