Hey thanks for you comments, had a busy few weeks! I don't celebrate Thanksgiving over here in Spain but it sounds really good! Did you have a good one? Looking forward to Christmas? My training slipped over the last few weeks because I went back to England to visit friends, but now I'm in Spain back training hard after Christmas. How's your training going? Looks like you've made progress.
Hola! Como estas? My best recommendation for protein would be from animal sources like chicken, fish or beef. Whey or soy supplements should be just that, supplements. try to get as much of your protein from your food as possible. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
