I started out 1 1/2 years ago training to compete. I began in figure and did very well. I am now moving on to light weight bodybuilding.

Goal: to build muscle

To trick and decieve! Hooah!

Get back to where I was this time last year.

Basically I'd like to get back into the shape I was in about 2 years ago...12% body fat, completely toned and cardio strength about 100% better.

I WANT TO BE CHAMPION...

Training several girls for the National shows this year- lots of makeup to do as well! Very excited to travel again and meet new people. Also will be hosting a few webcasts again with bb.com, including the 2008 Mrs., Fitness and Figure Olympia compet

Getting that Pro card!!!

I plan on competing in two figure competitions in spring and summer of 2007... my goal is to place in the top 3 of the Junior nationals Collegiate level in july/07
