Started in college because my buddies wanted to get a membership together.
Why I Love It:
Working out at the gym is the best way to clear my head from thinking about school, work, etc. And I also love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching videos, looking in the mirror and seeing results, and of course, bodybuilding.com
