My main goal is gain some serious size and definition.
Goal (Long):
For the longest time I was 6 foot 2, 150 lbs. I tried forever to gain wait with little success. Within the past five years I started gaining weight. I am now 204 lbs, but have been out of the gym. I am now back in the gym with serious goals in mind. Pack on some serious size and definition. I have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Maxing out every session. I just started creatine loading this week, and got some glutamine also for recovery. No gain yet, but its early. I work out alone since nobody else I am friends with is involved in the gym also. I do some free weights, but everything that needs a spot I do on a machine. I don't have a peak gain set, I just want good steady gains to keep me motivated until I get to the desired size.
