I would like to gain 15 pounds and do an NPC show.
Goal (Long):
I started lifting about 4 years ago and am just addicted. I did 5 shows last year and finished from 3rd to 1st. I want to put on some thickness because I notice all the other competitors are thicker, I'm just a little leaner. Any help out there would be awesome.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Breakfast- usually 4 eggs and toast
Snack-grilled chicken sandwich
Lunch-Grilled chicken and rice
Dinner- Steak, rice and a vegi
