How I Started:
I have chrons disease and I had a operation to remove a foot of my intestine. So I decided after that i was going to eat right and workout.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good and I love the people in the gym I workout at.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know if I go back to eating crap and not working out my health could get worse. I have been medicine free for 4 years.
BB Accomplishments:
I won first place in the Military Open and I beat my rival in the gym who always was beating me.

I started lifting about 4 years ago and am just addicted. I did 5 shows last year and finished from 3rd to 1st. I want to put on some thickness because I notice all the other competitors are thicker, I'm just a little leaner. Any help out there would be awesome.
