started in 7th grade working on chest and arms. however i became more knowledgable in my freshmen year of high school.
Why I Love It:
i dont know why. it is a weird obsesion of mine. when im at home im thinking of the gym and my next workout, when im at work im counting the hours till i go to the gym, and when im at the gym it feels like home. so i would regret if i never leet myself have the opportunity to try to compette one day.
How I Stay Motivated:
by the visualation of what i can become.

get to at least 200lbs of lean muscle from 170 which i am at now. i would eventually love to have a competion weight of 199 or 200. so that means off season of about 220 or more.

hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped! how is your deployment ?
