my weight reached 280lbs and my back and knees were killing me it was time to do something/ other than that I was into it back in highschool and was pretty ripped back in those days

I benched 425lbs. plus ran 2 15k's and about to knock out a half marathon on thanksgiving day

Goal (Long):
I would like to do an body building show maybe torwards the end of next summer but first I need to finish what I started I did the half marathon now onto the full marathon (26.2) miles then I can concentrate on getting bigger! I will incorporate the knowledge of some people on bodybuilding.com when I do that cause I don't know jack about nutrition, to get ripped the way you guys do on here, thats just remarkable

training is good! Like you could be better! I am a teacher and am out for the holidays and I HAVE to keep myself busy because the FRIG calls my name. Luckily I am starting to eat clean as not to wreck my diet but anyways.....I have hit a plateau.... my trainer says it is because I am gaining Muscle and loosing the fat (YEAH)!! R U ready for the Breast Cancer run. i ran about 8 miles last Friday, shooting for 9 this Friday. If I up it a mile every weeks i should be ready come race time. Wife is recovered from knee and is doing good too. We'll have to meet there.
