How I Started:
I started body building because I got tired of getting up in the morning, looking in the mirror, and being disgusted looking at the fat slob I had become. I wanted to go back and look like I did when I was in my 20's and bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love the visible results after just a few weeks of lifting/changing my nutrition habits. Most of all I like how I feel after a good workout (if nauseated can be considered a good feeling)!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated when I look in the mirror and through taking measurements (not to mention having women in their early 20s asking me for my phone number).
