been away for two weeks so just getting back into it but im really serious about it now and getting my diet right which is the main thing as i do train hard but i dont take in enough of the right food so im going on a real strict protein diet 6-8 times a day with just a small amount of carbs........going to use NO explode to keep me focused and give me the boost i need before any workouts...good to here yours is going well
I couldnt believe last weekends games with OZ and NZ getting the boot but hey just makes it a little easier all though judging by France and England nothing is for certain hey!Hope your training is going well?
