I did 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and worked my arms.
4 sets of 20 tricep press down and overhead extensions
4 sets of 20 bicep curl and hammer curl
Breakfast - smoothie with skim milk, whey protein powder, banana, flax seed, and wheat germ
