How I Started:
I had lost weight and looked to skinny. I started back in 95 and it really worked wonders. I started a business about 6 years ago and it sucked up all my time and I got a way from it. Now I'm back on the weight loss and body building kick. I plan to not let myself lose what I am working so hard for again.
Why I Love It:
The results are visible. Some artist create their art on a canvas with paint and brushes but people like us mold and build the body with weights and sweat. I also love the feeling of being in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Striving for perfection. There is always something that needs improvement.

I read your comment on the forum and your blog I can agree that some people don't how different it is to work out at home vs in the gym atmosphere I used to be in the gym atmosphere and now I am doing the home thing and for me it is much more difficult because of the isolation although there is a sort of freedom associated with it.
