Hi, sos for late reply. Just remembered this feature of the site. Yes, I hav started & loving it. I am doin weights 1.5 hrs 4x a wk & starting next week I will be doing CV (mainly treadmill & rowing) @ 5:30 in the morning for 45min. Once I get used to this I will start muay thai again few times a wk. I will post my new diet on here as I need a bit of advice (mainly on calories and carbs) & hav invested in bout 17kg of Whey to help with protein intake. I am feeling stronger too.
