How I Started:
I loved playing sports when I was a kid. I have always been pretty energetic and active. Eventually, I got into fitness and health. I just started to work out on my own and I got hooked. Everything I know regarding fitness and nutrition has just evolved over time. I really got serious about my nutrition and training in the summer of '09. I've learned a lot and plan to keep on learning. The only way to get better is through knowledge and understanding. I just absolutely love the feeling that work outs give me. There is absolutely no replacement.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling before, during, and after working out. I love being able to accomplish my fitness goals. I love being dedicated to my health and my body. I love the challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by so many things. I am motivated by people I see, places I go, and things I do. I want to always be active so that I can enjoy sports and life. Those are just a few superficial things that keep me motivated. Beyond that, I feel that there is so much I have to accomplish and I can't stand not pushing myself to the limit. I have always been self-motivated and still am. It just comes natural to me.
