My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.

Yep, planning ahead is a great way to make sure we do not fall of the wagon!
It is good to know you are back at it!
As long as you keep on going, you have not lost the fight!

sorry to hear about the weather that is keeping you from using your bike! Hopefully soon you will be able to take it out!
Besides that, how is everything?

Thank you, I meant every word of it. The longest journeys are accomplished with one step repeated over and over. You've done some great work so far keep it up and try to update your progress so you can be supported and encourage others to accomplish their goals.

I was thinking about your husband's late night cravings. Take a look at this thread. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/ showthread.php?t=398412
I just tried the stuff...tastes like herbal hot tea...and it really has cut my food craving.

How did you survive the weekend? I never really got back on track after I fell, but I am solid today.
I worked out a dinner menu with my wife so we should never be guessing what is for dinner.

I ride a lot. It is a passion of mine. I commute to work...about 12-20 miles round trip depending on route. I am not fast and walk many hills, but it is fun and exercise that I do not need to plan time to do. It just happens. If you are thinking of starting to ride, or have questions because of size, this is a great place to go...http://www.bikeforums.net /forumdisplay.php?f=248
