My starting weight is 186 pounds !! argh ..ugly fat , i want it out!!!I hate to post this picture..but for those out there that that think its tough, I will show you what true transformation is ...so get the bad and ugly out and make place for the new..!!!

You are a pretty girl. There is no way you are 185 lbs. Nutrition is 80-90% of loosing fat and gaining muscle. Pick up some women's fitness magazines and get the nutrition right and you will easily reach your goal. Keep on track and stay focused on your goal.

I only take vitamins called animal pak, I do not recommend those for you, try a womens vitamin pack. I also use protein and creatine and a pre work out drink. I do not use any fat burners but products by BSN are good, they make one that probably works well.
