I wish you the best of luck - my physical therapist is doing the same routine and loves it too. She says that it mixes things up enough to really get a good everchanging workout. Take care!

Very tight - back is awesome. If you have any tips for an overweight want-a-be cut someday too, let me know. Right now I find myself looking in the mirror asking my wife "hey, do ya see my back toning up at all" and the I tell myself - if I have to ask, must not be happeing yet:) Way to go man - keop at it!!!

Hey thanks for your comment - I am doing cardio too - I will have to start logging what I'm eating. I do eat every 3 hours - may have to increase the proetien some as well and watch some of the carbs - thanks again!

I've been doing great - staying at it 6 days a week. Eating healthy - okay, couple of cheat snacks, but things are going good. You as always continue to look beautiful. Take Care!

Weekend was good - a little rough since my brother got married on Saturday and I was the best man. I guess I got my cardio in on the dance florr as my wife does like to dance all night - legs are actually sore still today, but I still got my workout in:)

I use medium weight and do 10-12 reps. i.e. I will do supersets (10 hammer curls followed by 10 kickbacks and then repeat one more time and then move on to antother superset). I wonder if I should lighten the weight and do more reps - will that help???

Not as much as I should - I do 15-20 minutes on M,Tues,Th & Friday and 30 minutes on Wed & Sat. Cardio is light on the other days since I do strength training on those days over my lunch hour. I do core and cardio on Wed & Sat.

Training is going good - hit the gym 6 days a week with one day of rest. Need to drop the fat so I can start seeing some definition again. Chest/Back training today. I have a long way to go, but I'm getting there!!!

Excellent overall goal comment - That's exactly what I'm attempting. Learning that 80+ percent of it is clean eating. Way to go - more power to you!!!
