To turn my passion into a lifestyle. I look forward to showing others the things that I have learned along the road of becoming a bodybuilder to help them succeed in not only reaching their goals, but enhancing their overall lives.
I just wanted to stop by to congratulate you on all of your hard work and the great results you have achieved. I believe that people such as yourself who have worked hard to get their body into great shape should be acknowledged and complimented. I hope that you have a fantastic 4th weekend and are able to stay strong, focused & determined. May God bless.

I tried doing lighter weights and emphasizing and concentrating on the movement when im doing pull down exercises, but i havent seen much improvement. Do you have any suggestions? I appreciate. Later
