    well the dumbells at my gym only go to 30kgs, and i dont like doing barbell shrugs from the front, coz it hits you in the nuts lol
    i seem to get a better squeeze with my neck from the back with the bar anyways..
    gonna sign up to a gym with bigger dumbells soon..

rmurphie Went up to the chemist today,did my BodyFat% on one of those machines wher you pay money.Told me 11.7%,dunno how accurate it is, but im hapy

LeucineLoaded Yeah it says at one point you changed your weight to 400 odd pounds lol. I wouldn't worry about it - starting weight and current weight that is shown on your profile/progress is all that matters. If any member says anything, just say "yeah, was a down point of my life, was with this girl, naomi, sh#t just got out of hand, snickers diet all day everyday" Feb 4, 2013 3:06pm
