How I Started:
I began my weight loss journey in 2005 and I began my weight training in 2007. I love training, so I decided to hire a trainer and begin a new journey.
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves stress, reduced my body fat and got me in a size 0/2 women.
How I Stay Motivated:
Before and after photographs on Bodybuilding.com, my progress and approaching 40.
BB Accomplishments:
During my weight loss journey, my waist went from 34 inches to 26.5 inches.

I thought I looked great until I seen this picture. I knew it was time for a change.
I am in the building stage, so I feel a bit thick. However, it is time I start to view my transformation. My intention is to participate in the SNBF in April 2010.
Your pictures inspire me to keep pushing. I lost over 90 pounds. My journey began in 2005 and ended in 2007. I was in maintenance mode for two years. This year, I've hired a trainer to push myself to the next level. Women like AKA_Girl, inspire me.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
My motivated is a twenty-four hour influence that sustains me throughout the day. I look at several websites daily regarding weight loss, maintenance, competitions and supplements.

Yes

I use a workout log to document my progress and track you exercise routine.

Can I look like you when I grown up. When I saw your pic I thought you were 20 something..yes I'm serious. A piece of advice b4 competing.
