It's been a bit hard due to work, but I will make it just need to get better eating habits at lunch. I have been trying to add mass. How did you get someone to sponser you? I have tried but never here back from any I try? Stay in touch!

They just went over the rules and stuff yesterday, poseing will be the next time on Mar 3 same place, and this is to help a first timer, plus she will have you poseing in shorts and a shirt so don't let that bother you. You look great! Come on!

Yes I know a judge I work out with her at World Gym In OD her name is Jody and the guys putting it on is Lance he works out there as well. On the 14 of this month they are having poseing practice at World Gym for everyone that want's to compete.
