Hey there, You are so right. It is so hard to lose weight especially when you are over 30 years old. I think if I would of took working out a little more serious 5 years ago. I wouldn't have a difficult time trying to lose weight now. But it's never to late. By the way great physique.

Hey GoddessAthlete, Training is going great. Thank you for asking. My main focus now is to do a hour of cardio at least 4- 5 days a week. If I accomplish this goal may be I will shed the fat a little faster. If you have any advise to add, please feel free. Thanks.

Hey, Thank you so much, really appreciate it. Well I've updated my weight status today I have lost a total of 30lbs, now my new goal is to lose 35lbs for competion. I will post a pics soon. Just little self -conscious right now ;Hopefully, that will change soon. : )
