I have for exceded my goal I have lost 30lb as July 17, 2009. Also I want to compete in my first competion fitness contest by next year.
Goal (Long):
My weight has beeen up and down since I had my kids. Now they are teenagers there is no excuse. I join the local gym name Olympic Fitness Center where my husband and I work out together. We currently strenght training and walk 15 minutes a day on the treadmill. Now I am adjusting my work out routine. I noticed my arms are getting buff, but I want to be lean.
My weight wasn't coming at first then one of the trainer at the gym told me that might be taking to many carbohydrates which I was. I have cut out eating junk food, soda, sweet drink, and bread. Now I'm seeing the muscle forming on my body.
I should be down to a size 12 by the first June or July 2009.
