How I Started:
Became a Personal Trainer after Graduating from Ball State University. Working overseas in Qatar.
Why I Love It:
Started helping people with workouts and proper eating strategies. This made me work extra hard on my own to show others my way works!

Right now I'm in the gaining weight stage. I was 190 three weeks ago and gradually going up. 3 protein shakes a day!
