As a child I wanted to look like the Incredible Hulk, but I know realistically that will not happen. I do want to do the best I can though. I believe that my safety is dependent on being bigger, stronger, tougher, and faster than the "bad guys". I feel like I owe it to myself, my wife, and my family not just because of my dangerous proffession, but to improve my total quality of life. I just married a little over a year ago and got real lazy and completely got out of the habit of diet and exercise. A year later I am ready and determined to reach my goal of 8% bodyfat and be in the best shape of my life by the time I am 30.
Hey Brother in Brown. Thanks for the comment. Actually it is slowing down, now that summer is winding down. Kids back in school doesn't really effect us on night shift, except on the weekends. Get those lazy thoughts out of your head and get back in the gym. Your brothers depend on you as much as your other family does. If you need more motivation, read ODMP.org
Thanks- that is very nice of you to say. i'm not sure that i ever belonged there but it was flattering to reach that point! I hope that you are having a great weekend & training hard. Its about time for me to log off & do some cardio. YIPPEE! Keep in touch!
That should be an excellent ride between San Antonio and Corpus Christi. I've driven between those two points and if I recall, you should be able to achieve a good pace and speed. Keep moving the iron and enjoy the bike training. -Jeff
All is well with my training and diet. I'm pleased with my fat loss to date. You have made solid progress with your lifting stats. Keep up with the diet especially watching your carb intake and you will see your muscle size and definition really start to dial in. -Jeff
Thanks! As you know, diet is key to loosing body fat. Enjoy the calorie reduction. It's tough at first but you will adjust to it quickly and never look back. Keep training strong and let me know how you are doing. -Jeff
