It's been a while since I lifted on a regular basis-  coaching hs lax took up a large portion of my free time.  Now that the season is winding down, I am back to regular workouts.  I did a good back workout and a good chest workout over the weekend. I was no where near what I was benching...

Thanks. 18% body fat was my original short term goal I set in January. After that, I would like to reach 15-16%.

How cute. Yes that can be a challenge...especially if they don't clean their plates..cannot throw away good food! :) Well, I wish you the best...diet was the biggest obstacle for me.
