went back home to VA for a few weeks, it was a nice break. no real new progress but thats what happens when you take a break. i have set my year in goals and am working to hit them

ill trade places and take iraq as my distractions. its hard bc i have to set myself aside to make sure my kids are ok with everything going on, and im not ok with that but i am bc without them im nothing. hoping once school starts in 2 weeks i can get 100% back into it still trying to get as many workouts in now as i can and eat clean. better then completely giving up.

i hear ya on the skin, thats one of my big things right now to. and i know i have the knowledge and desire but not to get the time and motivation, life has been so nuts lately guess thats what happens when you end a 8yr relationship but im slowly falling back into place and with that will come my workouts
