I started lifting for sports in high school. Quit lifting my junior year of high school and didn't start back lifing weights until sept of 2008 after a serious run of depression.
Why I Love It:
It just makes you feel so good about yourself and I love the challenge it gives and the payback of seeing my body transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am just overall a pretty self motivated person.

Can't imagine being that shape at his age. Getting into as good of shape that he is takes an extreme amount of dedication which is something that I pride myself on and look up to others for.
I went in to my highschool for my physical my junior year and when it came to the blood pressure it was discovered i had hypertension. This really surprised me and the coaches that were taking the readings because I was in awesome shape. They tried with three different machines and eventually...
