sure thing....as for no pics of my legs, they are not where i want them to be, but dont assume i igonre them..it just hard to keep up with my arms lol...but i will post some pics of my legs in a few months once i bulk again...ur looking great btw!!!

well every time i do db flies i make sure to squeeze my chest until it feels like its gona pop + i do heavy weights on flies bout 120 lbs per hand for as many reps as possible (always with a spotter) + also i focus on the upper part of the motion i dont go all the way down.
thats wat works for me...try it n let me know how it goes
