Thanks,it was the only picture I could take myself.You sound like me "reduce fat and eat healthier."If you speed your metabalism up the weight will go away.I lost 20 lbs. in no time just by eating healty every 3 hours incorporating high intensity cardio and taking omega-3 fatty acid pills.
