Workout Program:
I generally workout with friends immediately after school, 3 days a week. I start with 30 minutes of weight training, mostly machines and dumbbells, 3 sets of 10-12 reps. I follow that with 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, moderate intensity. I always end with 15 minutes of stretching and ab work. On the weekends, sometimes I will go with my mom to the YMCA and take one of their step classes.
