I GOT STARTED BECAUSE I WANTED TO GET BIGGER AND STRONGER, I WANTED TO LOOK LIKE THE GUYS IN THE BODYBUILDING MAGZ AND THE WWE WRESTLERS.
Why I Love It:
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT. PEOPLE COME AND GO BUT THE WEIGHTS WILL ALWAYS BE THERE. Oh and i love the look on peoples faces when i tell them im only 23 and not on the juice cuz they dont believe me.
How I Stay Motivated:

BB Accomplishments:
BEING ABLE TO PUT MYSELF THROUGH SO MUCH PAIN AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT EVERYDAY. OH AND ANOTHE ACCOMPLISHMENT IS THAT MY GIRLFRIEND AND I TEACH OUR OWN BODYBUILDING CLASS TEACHING THE WAYS OF BODYBUILDING AND ITS PRINCIPLAS.

But seriously i would like to compete one day soon, that is one of my ultimate goals, im just not sure how to go about it.

5:30am= 2 scoop protein shake with 1 large banana
8:30am= 10 egg whites 1 large banana
11:30am= 4oz chicken breast 1 large banana
1pm= NAP (8oz fat free cottage cheese pre nap)
3:30pm= 8oz chicken breast 1 large banana
6:30pm= 1-2 scoop protein shake pre-workout 1 large banana
7:00pm= workout
8:30pm= 2 scoop protein shake post-workout 20oz gatorade 2 large bananas
10-10:30pm= 8oz chicken breast
12:00am= BED 5:30am= 2 scoop protein shake with 1 large banana

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
In my opinion it's the squat, only because you have the possibility of dropin down into the hole and not coming back up and then you could get pinned under the weight you have on the bar.
