I have always wanted to feel beautiful when I look in the mirror. Over the last 6 or 7 years I have had problems with my weight. I am now at the highest weight I have ever been, 220 lbs. That's it! I've had it! My dream is to get as close to looking like Marzia Prince or Tosca Reno, or any of the models on the front of Oxygen magazine, LOL!

hi I am palmasolaking from the lose 40 or more body group. I am a 30 yr old male, and I am wating to lose 75lbs. as well. I weigh 300. I have trouble with long term motivation too! I have lost 20 or 30 lbs. before quickly but fall back to my old eating habits. 75 pounds seems like so much so breaking it into smaller shorter goals toward my main goals seems to help so far. Stay positive!

hello rhonda its all good but remember maksure i mean this in the nicest possible to get back into your fitness routine because i will be popping in from time to time. just go for a walk you dont have to go to a gym i know its winter time over there but no excuses. Just start off once a week then increase to 2 days a week then increase to 3 and so on until your back in the gym again
