What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't start unless your going to be dedicated. Start with the end in mind. If you take supplements, do your homework and follow the instructions.....ALWAYS DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didn't take it serious. I would go off and on, and really didn't maximize my efforts. When I started to supplement, I didn't properly take the the supplements and it affected my health.

basicly i worked out a lot. I was running about 3 miles a day at one point and half of it was uphill followed by a semi-intnse wrestling practice. hydroxy worked ok but honestly unless im over weight by like 10 lbs i dont take it anymore because there is a lot of muscle loss with it

hey dude ...how long have you used those products ? you cycle them ? tell me what you know about them please .i have heard good things about sizeon and super pump but more info is always good thanks man
