When I Started: Oct, 2006
How I Started: I had worked out in my younger years for football and lacrosse. I quit and then after lower back and face injuries that caused excessive weight gain I went back to it. In my profession you must stay fit! If you dont you risk illness or even death. So that is why I started again and love it.
Why I Love It: Builds confidence and prepares me for my day also relieves stress.
How I Stay Motivated: My family and knowing what I want to look like!

Just trying to stay postive and do my workouts...i do tend to get discouraged...i hope thats normal when your just starting out. How are you...looks like your making some progress!!! Hope the rest of your week goes well :D
