How I Started:
Started in Australia. I lived a 5 minute walk from the beach in Albert Park (Melbourne) and got tired of being the fat guy on the beach.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing more motivating then leaving the gym feeling extremely exhausted and unable to lift my limbs. This fills me with the pride that I gave my all with every rep I did.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I see someone I haven't seen for awhile and they comment "Damn man you have bulked up" or "Wow you are looking good" it reminds me why I sweat and bleed to improve my physique.
