This is my first blog post of the year! I'm not very good at keeping journals or blogs, but I'll try it for awhile and see how it goes. I completed the LiveFit last year near the end of May. I've gained about 9 pounds back since then. Not too bad I guess. I haven't been to the gym since then, though. That's not good! Now I'm ready to get back in the saddle. My main goal is to lose weight and gain lean muscle. I want to be healthy, have better endurance, and more energy. I want to focus on strengthening my core to help manage my fibromyalgia pain.
rlmeals I'm ready to start another 12 week trainer! I'm re-doing the LiveFit, starting tomorrow!

So, I finally completed the LiveFit trainer!!! I'm so excited!
