This is my first blog post of the year!  I'm not very good at keeping journals or blogs, but I'll try it for awhile and see how it goes. I completed the LiveFit last year near the end of May.  I've gained about 9 pounds back since then.  Not too bad I guess.  I haven't been to the gym since then, though.  That's not good!  Now I'm ready to get back in the saddle.  However, there's a twist this time around...I'm 5 weeks pregnant!  I couldn't be happier, but... velvet5900 It's totally a mental thing!!! Once you have that down, the rest is just putting in the work and that's actually the easy part... just getting it done! But you definitely have to have that mentality and want this bad enough to do whatever it takes and I'm definitely willing! ;o) I'm loving the results of us all, it just feels wonderful and I'm not trying to give that up lol! lovelifefam It's AMAZING how much progress you've already made. Today marks the 15th day on live fit for me. The scale hasn't moved much but I feel like my bodies changing.
