How I Started:
Started weight training in college, but haven't started focusing till this year. I am on a very strict diet and workout schedule right now so we'll see how I am doing in a few months.
Why I Love It:
It is my therapy from the stresses of working in corporate America, living in a congested Metropolis, and dealing with egomaniacs on a daily basis.

Goal (Long):
I've been working out since college; however, it seems I use to allow too many distractions, i.e. partying, poor eating habits, laziness, to get in my way of reaching my full potential. I feel now though I am focused on serious bodybuilding. My goal is too CONSISTENTLY challenge my body and discipline myself from indulging in any vices which may be detrimental to me.
